Kristin E. Pennock

Kristin E. Pennock is an experienced and dedicated family law attorney.   Kristin has helped clients navigate a broad range of family law issues, including custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and issues relating to abuse and domestic violence.  She knows that every relationship and family is unique and she works closely with clients to strategize about how to best find resolution given their particular needs and circumstances.

Kristin graduated from Brigham Young University where she earned a B.A. in History.  After graduation, Kristin worked as a 911 Operator and developed her passion for supporting people in times of crisis, conflict, and change.  This passion was what inspired her to enroll in law school to study family law.  Kristin graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and in addition to her J.D. degree, earned an L.L.M. degree in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution.  In the time since, Kristin has been practicing as a family law attorney in Wake County.

Kristin is an active member of the Wake County Bar Association and North Carolina Bar Association, and a volunteer in the North Carolina Bar Association’s Wills for Heroes program providing free estate planning for first responders.  Outside of the office, Kristin loves spending time with her spouse and their two children.
