When you contact Campbell Family Law to schedule an initial consultation, we will obtain some basic information from you that the attorney will review prior to meeting with you. We may ask that you gather certain financial documents to bring to the consultation.

The fee for the consultation ranges between $350 – $375.

At the initial consultation, the attorney will meet with you and discuss the facts of your case and the way in which each area of the law applies to you. She will listen to your goals and advise you regarding your options for moving forward. The more information that you can provide at the consultation, the more specific her advice can be. For that reason, it is helpful for you to gather financial documents and bring them to the consultation.

Initial consultations typically last between one and two hours to allow the attorney sufficient time to gain an overview of your situation. After she has learned about the facts and issues in your case, she will provide you with an initial deposit amount that would be required for the attorney to represent you.
